	These preseasoned Lewis and Clark commemorative 5" Camp Chef® Dutch Ovens have a 3 cup capacity. They are 2.25" deep. The legs are too short to allow use of charcoal briquettes to cook Cook with it in a regular oven or place it in a larger Dutch Oven and add briquettes to cook. They are great to keep sauces warm by setting them on the lid of a hot Dutch Oven. Check out the use of the oven in the Hot Artichoke Dip recipe.
